Thornicroft Lodge booking conditions

Payment

A minimum of 25% payment is needed to confirm the booking.

Remaining sum should be received on our bank account 2 weeks before the date of arrival, or on arrival in the lodge.

If the remaining sum is not paid in time, clients receive a reminder once and will get

10 days to settle the payment. If no payment has been received by Thornicroft, the booking will be considered cancelled.

Cancellation:

	..30 - 90 days	75 %
	< 30 days	0 %

Thornicroft has accounts with ZANACO Bank in Zambia.

Payments can be done in Zambia Kwatcha and in Euros. The exchange rate is mentioned in the final qoute.

If you have special wishes after you have booked, please let them know at least 2 weeks in advance.

Sometimes Thornicroft Lodge has promotional rates.
