About the lodge and rates
The 10 en suite units offer spacious, comfortable and well appointed accommodation to each of our 20 - 25 distinguished guests on full board base. (accomodation, all meals, coffee and tea)
Chalets are built from brick and stone, with large gauze net windows, stretching up to a custom made canvass roof, supported by attractive, old and weathered Leadwood tree stumps. The overall design is one that blends in beautifully with the surrounding vegetation - giving guests uninterrupted views of the river and National Park from the comfort of your personal verandah.
Each large chalet [11m X 4m] has a private bathroom with cold / hot water, walk in mosquito nets, comfortable beds, easy chairs, a writing desk / wardrobe unit, ceiling fan and power points (230 V) to keep your electrical equipment fully charged.
Thornicroft kitchen and bar caters to visitors dietary, recreation and leisure needs whilst professionally guided game drives, walks and night safaris provide entertainment, pleasure and satisfaction for all. The lodge also offers a visit to the Tribal Textile workshop and the neighbouring village.
